Bubadu Privacy for Kids

Hi there! Welcome to Bubadu!

We make fun games for kids and families.

Your privacy and safety are important to us. This page explains, in a simple way, what information our games may use and why.

If something here is difficult to understand, you can ask your parent, guardian, or another trusted adult to help you.

1. WHO ARE WE?

We are Bubadu d.o.o. (“Bubadu”), a company that makes games for kids and families.

If you or your parent or guardian have a question about privacy, you can contact us at: [email protected]

2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE USE?

You do not need to tell us your real name, home address, phone number, or email address to play our games.

Our games may automatically receive a small amount of information. We use it to make our games work properly, keep them safe, understand how they are used, and improve them.

This information may include:

Device Information: What kind of phone or tablet you use, its operating system, language, and other basic technical information.

General Location: We may know the country, region, or city you are playing from. We do not collect your exact location or know your home address.

Technical Identifiers: Special codes that help us recognise a device or a particular installation of our game. These codes do not tell us your name or who you are in real life.

Game Information: Information about how you use our games, such as which parts of a game you play, your progress, and how the game is working.

Technical Information: Information about errors, crashes, and the performance of the game that helps us find and fix problems.

Purchase Information: If something is bought in a game, we receive information about the purchase so that we can check that it worked correctly, prevent fraud, understand how our games are performing, and measure which advertising campaigns are working. We do not receive your payment card details.

We only use the information we need to operate, protect, understand, and improve our games. We store your information for as long as needed to provide you with our services.

3. DO WE SHOW ADS?

Yes. Some of our games show advertisements. This helps us offer many of our games for free.

We use contextual advertising. This means ads can be chosen based on things such as the game you are playing, the type of device you use, your device language, or your general location.

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites to learn what you like.

We do not build advertising profiles about you or show you ads based on your interests or activity across other apps and websites.

4. DO OTHER COMPANIES HELP US?

Yes. We work with trusted service providers that help us operate and understand our games.

For example, they may help us:

  • understand how our games are being used;
  • find and fix technical problems;
  • keep our games safe;
  • show and measure contextual advertisements; and
  • understand how our games and advertising campaigns are performing.

These companies may receive limited information, such as technical identifiers, device information, general location, game information, or purchase information, when they need it to provide these services.

We require them not to use information from our games to build an advertising profile about you or to show you behavioural advertising.

5. DO WE SELL YOUR INFORMATION?

No. We do not sell or rent children’s personal information.

We only share limited information with companies that help us provide our games, as explained above, or when we are required to do so by law.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You and your parent or guardian have rights over your personal information.

For example, you can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it in certain situations.

Your parent or guardian can contact us at: [email protected]

7. WANT TO KNOW MORE?

This is a short and simple explanation of privacy written especially for children.

Parents and guardians can find more information about what information we use, why we use it, who we work with, how long we keep information, and your privacy rights in our full Bubadu Privacy Policy:
